When you reach IKONIC Capital Match, you reach Dwayne, and he works personally with each client from the first conversation to the day the deal closes.
He has spent his working life around property and capital, and he reads a file the way the lenders read it — which is the whole reason a match works. You bring the deal and the plan. He brings the lenders, the structures and the patience to find the one that fits.

What we do
We finance property, and we stay with the client.
IKONIC Capital Match works three kinds of deals: residential, commercial and portfolio. A first home and a four-unit building are not the same file, and the lenders who handle one well are often not the ones who handle the other. Knowing which is which is most of the work.
So instead of quoting you one lender’s product, we take your file across the lenders we work with and bring back the ones that fit the property, the plan and the way you actually hold your assets. You see them side by side, in plain English, with someone who can answer the follow-up questions.
And because most of our clients are buying more than once, we think past the closing table. What you finance this year shapes what you can finance next year, and that is worth planning around.
